Almost 3 years in the Philippines. I'm 18 months into my second relationship, this one is great!  

I moved here for many reasons, love, weather, lifestyle, financial and sanity. Sanity has surely been tested since my arrival. It's been an adventure and I'm still learning every day.

I've run the gambit of emotions and I have become rather hardened/jaded at times. This is not the me that I wish to be going forward. I am naturally fun loving, relaxed and compassionate, with a surprisingly intense side.

I look forward to interacting with other expats here. I have read several blogs and have found them very informative.

I lived though Yolanda in Palo, taking a direct hit. I have been on Marinduque Island for the last 16 months, it is a quiet and laid back life.
